Since September 11, 2003 Bernie and John Boucher have entertained guests at Bernie’s Restaurant – bringing them fantastic meals highlighting local ingredients at affordable prices.
Everything on our menu is house made and made to order so that you get the freshest flavors and highest quality results. We hand select the best ingredients to ensure our food meets our high quality standards.
Often this means sourcing products locally.
“If it’s locally grown and harvested you will see it on our daily specials,” Chef John says.

Named for his wife and partner, Bernadita, Chef John Boucher opened Bernie’s Restaurant, fulfilling a lifelong dream.
John and Bernie met and married in New Jersey in 1995. It was there that they honed their skills as a team. A Graduate of Culinary Arts of America, John worked in a thriving restaurant, where as the chef he gained most of his knowledge and passion for cooking.
Bernie’s Restaurant strives to give their customers the very best. Serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner 5 nights a week, the Boucher’s share their passion for food and community with everyone that walks through the door. Local produce and products are featured throughout the menu and in specials. A special twice a week Fiesta menu shares Bernadita’s heritage with her current home. And John’s creations delight diners as his years of culinary experience add featured dishes to the reguar menu.
